RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You are welcome to return any product, for any reason, within 14 days of the date you receive the items and we will be happy to exchange or refund them. We only ask that the items are in their original condition, unworn, with all labels intact and in the packaging they came in. (Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear.)
The original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty, in which case both the returns shipping and the original shipping costs will be refunded. Returns will not be accepted if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer. Items purchased online should be returned online and cannot be returned at the store.
HOW TO USE OUR FREE RETURNS SERVICE
For all UK returns, please print and fill out your free ROYAL MAIL RETURNS LABEL here and attach this to the outside of your package. Then you can take your items to the local post office and send it back for free.
We recommend that you get a PROOF OF POSTAGE receipt and keep this until you receive an email confirmation that we have received the package and are processing your return. Delivery usually takes 4-6 working days.
If you are returning goods from outside the UK, please send them using a trackable service, obtaining a proof of postage. Bodas can't refund international duties. Please note that we are not liable for any refunds for items sent from outside the UK if proof of postage is not obtained.
We aim to process your exchange or refund within 7 working days of receiving the returned items. Refunds are made to the same card used to make the purchase. Please note, it may take 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account - this will vary from bank to bank. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
